Next up on this summer’s new Adelphi list should prove to be a real crowd favourite: a 10-year-old Clynelish single cask bourbon barrel! And while we’ll surely get some grief from our export partners, this entire cask has been bottled exclusively for our loyal retailers, restaurants, bars, and wholesalers in the UK — thank you all for your ongoing support! 🙌

Introducing this absolute gem of a dram is Connie, a true Northeast Highland native discussing a stellar whisky from her home region!

Next on the Adelphi list, Graeme is here to talk us through a belter of a summer sipper, our new Glen Garioch 15-Year-Old 🥃

A luxurious, tropical delight, this whisky is sure to continue a run of wonderful Geeries we’ve bottled in the last few years.

Our recent Adelphi roll-out continues, and here’s Calum to dive into a real curveball; a THREE-year-old Ledaig from Tobermory Distillery.

That’s right, this spritely, powerful whippersnapper from our neighbours across the watter is barely old enough to be called Scotch Whisky.

Nonetheless, we were utterly captivated at the development shown at this young age. We knew right away that we had to bottle this immediately.

Chunky, saline, meaty, this is a proper delight and we can’t wait to hear your thoughts on it.

Next up in our Adelphi release, we return to Speyside for one of our favourites - a vibrant, weighty, 14-year-old Benrinnes! 💪

Here’s Connie to tell you a bit more about this delectable dram! If you’re able to track a bottle down, let us know what you think.

Adelphi x The Somerset Cider Brandy Company

For the first of an impending exploration of our most recent Adelphi out-turn, we are ecstatic to present a first for us; a single cask bottling from The Somerset Cider Brandy Company, a revered artisanal cider and apple brandy maker based in Burrow Hill in the heart of the West Country.

The Temperleys have been painstakingly crafting the finest produce in Somerset for over three decades now, with a family history stretching back far longer. In 1989, they were even granted the UK’s first ever full cider distilling licence!

Appropriately, they are also an incredibly sustainable producer, which ties in nicely with our Ardnamurchan credentials.

For this rare bottling, the first independently bottled offering from them in around twenty years, we are privileged to showcase their spirit in the form of a 16 Year Old Cider Brandy single cask, bottled at 55.0% ABV, and matured in an apple ice wine cask.

Alex was lucky enough to visit their distillery where he hand-selected some samples.

We think this is the absolute essence of apple distillate captured in a rare and enchanting form, packed with crisp, juicy flavour. Complex, floral aromas backed by earthy, leathery notes deliver great intensity and impact.

Available around the world now, have you tasted it yet?

The Glasgow Distillery 10 Years Old 🥃

The whisky industry is one of great collaboration and mutual respect. We have long admired the work of our friends at The Glasgow Distillery in the central belt, who have been forging a very successful path for over a decade now.

It’s a great privilege for us to work directly with like-minded distilleries in the industry, and we are honoured to be able to present a rare 10 year old single cask from Glesga.

Seb, Antonia (and a wee cameo from Libby) discuss how this bottling came about, with many a laugh, the way it should be!
