8 Years Old Speyside
Drawn from a first-fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead, showing moderate beading and the colour of cola. The nose is brimming with golden syrup, chocolate ice cream, Moroccan Tagine spices, stewed apricot, sage and peppermint tea. A rooftop meal in the medina. On the palate there is distinct sea salt, a whiff of leather, cola cubes, macerated cherries and biltong. A slight menthol finish.
