Linkwood 2011, 11 Years Old.

This famously floral distillate meets a refill American oak Oloroso hogshead in beautiful harmony.

The result is dulce de leche, waffle batter, Werther's Originals, pineapple upside-down cake, nutmeg, and Brazil nut.

We like cakes, alright?!

We also find praline, salty pretzels, tart cherry, and chocolate orange.

This is a richly textured, mouth-filling dram with integrated sherry and a loooonnngggg finish.

Glen Elgin 2008, 15 Years Old, fully matured in a first fill Oloroso hoggy.

We lead with Black Forest gateau, maple syrup, bitter dark chocolate brownie batter, cooling eucalyptus, aloe vera, and tiger balm.

The palate is more tangy with fizzy cola bottles, macchiato, blackcurrant travel sweets, Tizer, orange blossom, and plum.

An under-the-radar distillery favoured by those in the know, reinforced in a classic sherry cask, this is a proper enthusiast’s nightcap!

Next up, we have an international collaboration between our own Ardnamurchan Distillery and the revered Chichibu Distillery in Japan.

Batch 6 of The Glover sees a single cask of six year old whisky from each distillery blended together at a cask strength of 57.6%. The result is one of harmony, elevating the individual casks to a vibrant, ethereal dram of real quality.

We are very proud of our ongoing Adelphi Fusion projects.
