Introducing our final dram in our latest Adelphi r

Introducing our final dram in our latest Adelphi release, a stunning 13-year-old Caol Ila. Distilled in 2010, this first-fill Oloroso hogshead yielded 248 bottles at 56.7% ABV.

Many in the whisky industry regard Caol Ila as one of the most consistent and versatile distillates in Scotland, showing as delicious whisky whether in refill bourbon or first-fill sherry casks.

Of course here we’re trending towards the rich, sherried end of that spectrum! This single cask proves itself a perfect union of smoky and sweet, honeyed dates enveloped in sweet smoke — this bottling certainly celebrates the balance that has made Caol Ila a cornerstone of Islay’s whisky heritage.

Hej/Hallå! 🇸🇪

Today we’re unveiling a very special bottling from our friends at High Coast Distillery in Sweden.

We have bottled a peated Oloroso hogshead, distilled at High Coast Distillery in 2013 and matured for 10 Years in their warehouse beside the river Ångermanälven where the distillery is beautifully situated.

A limited release of only 332 bottles, bottled at 57.1% ABV, this bottle of whisky delivers deep, complex notes of earthy peat and dark chocolate. A sweet, creamy finish that fills you with winter warmth. ❄️🥃

Introducing another bottling from our most recent Adelphi release: a beautifully aged Linkwood single malt, distilled in 2009 and matured to perfection over 15 years.

Drawn from a single re-fill Oloroso hogshead, this Speyside gem is bottled at 54.4% ABV. It boasts of rich flavours such as Turkish delight, red apples and sweet notes of cinnamon and toffee. Layers of flavour that can only come with time.

This is a Linkwood you’ll remember.

Next up in our slate of new Adelphi releases is our most recent collaboration with our friends at Chichibu distillery in Japan; The Glover Batch 7.

A single cask of unpeated Ardnamurchan 2014, fruity, earthy, rich, meets a single cask of peated Chichibu 2014, elegant, floral, distinguished. Both spirits were matured in bourbon barrels, mixed together at a cask strength of 56.4% ABV, yielding only 451 bottles for the world.

Super complex, perfumed and coastal, we are incredibly proud of the latest release from our Fusion stable.
