Colour: Pale straw

Nose: Malt biscuit, green mezcal, kaffir lime, sourdough, maize crisps, tomato vine

Palate: Mesquite, whole wheat oatcakes, horseradish, toasted sesame, wet tobacco, ham hock, billowing smoke

Finish: Long, soft and briny. Remarkably complex for three-year-old whisky

Nose: Shoe polish, black olives, prunes, figs, black treacle, molasses, Soreen malt loaf, toffee apple, clove, burnt ginger bread

Palate: Candied bacon, chewing tobacco, Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, star anise, cold brew coffee, pumpernickel, Christmas orange

Finish: Long, rich, spiced fruit. Reminiscent of mulled wine
