Westland 8 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Mahogany.
Nose: Red Twizzlers, lightly roasted coffee beans, grated nutmeg, White Russian, Japanese plum, chocolate cake with buttercream icing, raisins, sultanas, beef jerky, lime pickle, cardamon, steak au poivre,
Palate: Various viennoiserie – pain aux raisins, chocolate croissant, coconut macaron. Luxardo cherries, apricot jam, glazed meat, Jamaican gingercake, crème caramel, Cadbury’s cream egg,
Finish: Sumptuous, round, decadent.

Teaninich
Teaninich 16 Years Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Warm and inviting — spiced oranges, bread and butter pudding, rum raisins, clove-studded Seville orange, mulled wine, star anise, and a hint of lacquered wood.
Palate: Layered and complex — dark syrup, pumpernickel, capsaicin, Grand Marnier, orange liqueur, crêpe Suzette, tart unripe cherry, cola bottles (soft, not tangy), flat Coke, Brazil nuts, and hazelnuts.
Finish: Medium-long, with layered spice, rich warmth, and a gently drying, lingering character.

Lochranza
Lochranza 10 Year Old Single Malt
Colour: Light gold.
Nose: Arrival by ferry in Brodick, the sea breeze carrying hints of rockpools, freshly cut hay, and a barbecue with roasting pineapple. Some medicinal notes follow, the faint tang of Savlon and iodine under a lint bandage. There’s a subtle minerality that gives it a distinctive dusky coastal character.
Palate: Sweetly smoky and layered — aniseed balls, herbal undertones, with notes of oregano, thyme, and tangy lime pickle, all woven together with a subtle earthy backbone.
Finish: Bold yet sweet, with lingering smoke and herbal complexity, leaving a memorable, mouth-coating impression.

Linkwood 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Light bronze.
Nose: Rich and inviting — praline, chocolate brownies, black cherry, custard, brioche, and a hint of kirsch.
Palate: Layered and intriguing — Chartreuse, kirsch-filled chocolate, herbal liqueur notes, Becherovka, nougat, and candied almonds.

Linkwood 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Copper.
Nose: A rich and layered bouquet of mole sauce, blackcurrant jam, sun-dried tomatoes, and delicate green pepper, intertwined with dark soy, umami, teriyaki, tamari, and hints of fig rolls.
Palate: Lush and indulgent — rum raisin, chocolate, Cadbury Fruit & Nut, licorice stick, with some foosty undertones, lifted by rummy warmth, chili chocolate sauce, earthy balsamic, and a touch of juniper.
