Knockdhu
Knockdhu 18 Year Old Single Malt
Colour: Light copper.
Nose: Cookie dough, burnt caramel, beurre noisette, toasted marshmallows, butterscotch, gingerbread, cardamom, sultanas.
Palate: Cinnamon-poached pear, salted licorice, molasses, warm sourdough loaf, macerated boysenberries, rye.
Finish: Medium-long, Twiglet, savoury.

Pulteney
Pulteney 17 Year Old Single Malt
Colour: Chenin blanc.
Nose: Freshly sliced pear, white chocolate, coastal gorse, oyster shell, lemon sherbet.
Palate: Coconut biscuits, bitter lemon, bay leaf, freshly baked scone with clotted cream and strawberry jam.
Finish: Effervescent, margarita salt rim, medium-long.

Glen Garioch
Glen Garioch 14 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Straw.
Nose: Fresh and zesty from the start, white chocolate with sea salt, pink peppercorns, apple strudel with clotted cream and a dusting of cinnamon.
Palate: Turkish delight, nutmeg, soured fruit, Edinburgh rock and sugared almonds.
Finish: Bright and moreish.

Teaninich
Teaninich 15 Years Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Bronze.
Nose: Cola cubes, orange sherbet straw, pink grapefruit peel, Dip Dabs, juniper, Angostura bitters, pink peppercorns, dried ginger, Negroni.
Palate: Haribo cola bottles, Italian vermouth, balsamic glaze, dark cherry, mole sauce, rabbit with chocolate sauce.
Finish: Lengthy, sweet and savoury, forest floor.

Coal Ila 11 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Deep amber.
Nose: Barbequed ribs, clove-studded ham, sauna, bramble jam, red currants, burning bracken, Maraschino syrup, trout pastrami, peat bog.
Palate: Green wood campfire, tobacco, tawny port, cassis, tarragon, cured meats.
Finish: Rich, complex, delectable — an unusually Highland Islay dram.

Dailuaine 12 Years Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Spirit safe.
Nose: Salted prunes, spiced almonds, fruit cocktail, apricot, Glacier mint, cinnamon stick, scrumpy cider, beef jus.
Palate: Cacao powder, star anise, stewed apple with skins on, red plum, amaro, damp hay, hazelnuts.
Finish: Full-bodied, viscous, pleasantly drying.

Lochlea 7 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour:Chablis.
Nose: Meringue, lemon zest, pear Danish, buttery, clean washing, pecan pastry, shaved almond.
Palate: Lime juice, nougat, white grapefruit, coconut biscuits, vanilla pudding, bitter lemon.
Finish: Medium, drying, biscuity. honeyed oats.

Adelphi’s Private Stock Reserve
Blended Scotch Whisky
Colour: Burnished gold.
Nose: Earthy and aromatic — tractor or engine oil, mossy earth, and wet leaves mingle with bright grapefruit zest, bergamot, and subtle wildflowers, giving a complex, gently rustic freshness.
Palate: Begins bright and light, then deepens into layered peat. Salty, tarry ropes meet soft buttercream, flamed orange peel, aniseed, smoked fish on rye, and toasted pumpernickel with taramasalata, finishing with hints of bottom-of-pan fond and burnt popcorn kernels.
Finish: Rich and oily on the palate, remarkably full-bodied and lingering, especially for 46% ABV.

Colour: Honey.
Nose: Bright and inviting — orange essence, Meyer lemon, Manuka honey, sugar-dusted pastilles, daffodil, almond croissant.
Palate: Lush and layered — pasteis de nata, marzipan, preserved lemons, salt-baked pear, and crunchy green grapes.
Finish: Fresh, vibrant, and fruity, with a moreish, lingering appeal.

Colour: Maple wood.
Nose: Dried apricot, cranberry, and date pit, with almond, desk-drawer pipe tobacco, red currant jelly, and rowan berry.
Palate: Rich and layered — mocha, dark chocolate, coconut, ginger nuts, peppermint, black currant, and eucalyptus.
Finish: Medium length, soft and buoyant, with a refreshing, lingering finish.

Coal Ila 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky
Colour: Amber.
Nose: Bold and maritime — greasy fishing trawler, gammon, smoked kippers, salted caramel, Swedish licorice, and a hint of a glowing cigar tip.
Palate: Earthy and smoky — freshly turned sod, a dirty wheelbarrow, hoisin, black cherry, hickory-smoked brisket, and chipotle.
Finish: Round, full-bodied, and assertively smoky.
