Colour: Mahogany. 

Nose: Red Twizzlers, lightly roasted coffee beans, grated nutmeg, White Russian, Japanese plum, chocolate cake with buttercream icing, raisins, sultanas, beef jerky, lime pickle, cardamon, steak au poivre,  

 Palate: Various viennoiserie – pain aux raisins, chocolate croissant, coconut macaron. Luxardo cherries, apricot jam, glazed meat, Jamaican gingercake, crème caramel, Cadbury’s cream egg,  

Finish: Sumptuous, round, decadent.  

Colour: Light gold. 

Nose: Warm and inviting — spiced oranges, bread and butter pudding, rum raisins, clove-studded Seville orange, mulled wine, star anise, and a hint of lacquered wood. 

Palate: Layered and complex — dark syrup, pumpernickel, capsaicin, Grand Marnier, orange liqueur, crêpe Suzette, tart unripe cherry, cola bottles (soft, not tangy), flat Coke, Brazil nuts, and hazelnuts. 

Finish: Medium-long, with layered spice, rich warmth, and a gently drying, lingering character. 

Colour: Light gold. 

Nose: Arrival by ferry in Brodick,  the sea breeze carrying hints of rockpools, freshly cut hay, and a barbecue with roasting pineapple. Some medicinal notes follow, the faint tang of Savlon and iodine under a lint bandage. There’s a subtle minerality that gives it a distinctive dusky coastal character. 

Palate: Sweetly smoky and layered — aniseed balls, herbal undertones, with notes of oregano, thyme, and tangy lime pickle, all woven together with a subtle earthy backbone. 

Finish: Bold yet sweet, with lingering smoke and herbal complexity, leaving a memorable, mouth-coating impression. 

Colour: Light bronze. 

Nose: Rich and inviting — praline, chocolate brownies, black cherry, custard, brioche, and a hint of kirsch. 

Palate: Layered and intriguing — Chartreuse, kirsch-filled chocolate, herbal liqueur notes, Becherovka, nougat, and candied almonds. 

Finish: Sweet and savoury, round and complex, with a syrupy, lingering elegance. 

Colour: Copper. 

Nose: A rich and layered bouquet of mole sauce, blackcurrant jam, sun-dried tomatoes, and delicate green pepper, intertwined with dark soy, umami, teriyaki, tamari, and hints of fig rolls. 

Palate: Lush and indulgent — rum raisin, chocolate, Cadbury Fruit & Nut, licorice stick, with some foosty undertones, lifted by rummy warmth, chili chocolate sauce, earthy balsamic, and a touch of juniper. 

Finish: Decadent, meaty, and savoury, with a juicy, chewy, and lingering presence. 

Colour: Straw. 

Nose: Classic dunnage aromas with nettles, buttermilk, seaweed, black pepper, and oyster shell. 

Palate: Savory and maritime — smoked mackerel, langoustines dipped in melted butter, Fisherman’s Friend, followed by some herbal notes, and a squeeze of lemon. 

Finish: Supple, textured, and silky, with a lingering elegance. 

Colour: Chardonnay gold. 

Nose: Juicy apricot, crunchy nut cornflakes, tinned peaches, glace cherries, muscovado sugar, and coconut biscuits. 

Palate: Warm and layered — cassia bark, birch sap, honeycomb, wine gums, toffee apple, and creamy vanilla pudding. 

Finish: Viscous and rich, well-balanced, with a satisfying lingering sweetness. 

Nose: Maple syrup over a stack of pancakes, cedar wood, fig syrup, manuka honey, dark chocolate fudge and milky caramel. 

Palate: Lush and decadent — fig syrup, Medjool dates, Crunchie bars, honeycomb, pecan pie, chocolate devil cake, chocolate ganache and sticky toffee pudding. 

Finish: Rich, luscious, and moreish — a true Christmas Eve dram, indulgent and long-lasting. 

Colour: Golden croissant. 

Nose: Zesty lemon curd and Cointreau, softened by gentle licorice, a whiff of old bookcase, caraway seeds, and dark chocolate. 

Palate: Decadent and layered — chocolate-covered cherry, apple strudel, fresh mint, eucalyptus, roasted pecans, and dulce de leche. 

Finish: Long, bright, yet full-bodied, with a drying, lingering complexity. 

Colour: Sanna sand 

Nose: Zesty orange sherbet, grapefruit rind and lemon bonbons, lifted by notes of fresh linen, strawberry jam on toast, tarragon, and delicate pastry dough. 

Palate: Layered and intriguing — pink peppercorn, apple-rhubarb compote, rose, the faint nostalgia of licking envelopes, and the darkest chocolate. 

Finish: Medium length, bright and honeyed, leaving a gentle, lingering sweetness. 

Colour: Riesling gold. 

Nose: Fresh and fragrant with green grapes, lemongrass, sugared pink grapefruit, kiwi, and orange blossom. Notes of Turkish delight, green apple candy, shortcrust pastry, and lemon meringue pie add a playful sweetness. 

Palate: Bright and effervescent — reminiscent of a Mimosa or Bellini — with zested lemon, white rose petals, sandalwood, vanilla latte, panna cotta, nutmeg, and gentle baking spices. Elegant yet expressive. 

Finish: Smooth and mouth-coating, with a refined oiliness and remarkable sophistication for its age. 

Colour: Polished brass. 

Nose: Aromas of olive-studded focaccia and sea-salt dark chocolate, with notes of blackcurrant, red grape, freshly cut pine, and a hint of gooseberry. 

Palate: Rich and layered — leather belt, old bookstore shelves, ripe fig, cured bresaola, and a touch of rustic cassoulet. 

Finish: Savoury and sweet in equal measure, lingering with an intriguing complexity. 

Colour: Pale gold. 

Nose: Buttered toast and soft caramel mingle with savoury beef stock, salted popcorn, and a gentle earthiness reminiscent of wild mushrooms. 

Palate: Rustic and characterful — memories of an old tractor shed, Tizer fizz, Cherry Garcia ice cream, Rolos, and Butterscotch Angel Delight come to mind. 

Finish: Medium in length, with a dirty, salty-sweet edge that lingers. 

Colour: Vibrant satsuma orange. 

Nose: Richly smoked haddock and hickory embers lead the way, followed by fresh-cut grass, warm cinnamon, damp bungcloth, salted cashews, and a delicate floral note of dandelion. 

Palate: An umami-forward profile of scallop crudo and gochujang, complemented by teriyaki beef jerky, preserved lemon, spicy chorizo, and sweet, smoky burnt ends. 

Finish: Bold and assertive, with lingering notes of barbeque smoke and savoury spice.
